At ExchangeAlert, it is our goal to maximize YOUR chances for consistently beating the market on a regular basis. We guarantee we will do the best possible job we can to supply you with information, resources, tips, rumors and market insight that will aid in the process of educating regular investors to make powerful investment calls.

We utilize many sources of information and have access to opportunities we believe offer an edge to investors. Whether we find out what we are looking for through available public information or through private discussions with CEO’s, CFO’s and senior executive management in companies we research, we are exhaustive in our efforts. We follow up on tips we receive to confirm whether they are accurate, inaccurate or offer any cue that may be of value to us. Research, Research, Research.  That’s the key and there are no shortcuts.

We promise never to accept money or gifts (including dinners, golf outings, spa visits, trips to the Grand Prix in Monaco, Super Bowl tickets, you name it) from ANY companies to promote their stock, whether it is indirect or direct in nature. Since we are not investment bankers promoting companies, we have no obligation, whether direct or indirect, to offer recommendations on any company stock. We owe nothing to anyone in that regard and that makes it easy for us to be as independent as possible.

There is some possibility that one of our company employees may own a stock we are recommending. If that is the case, we will do our best to disclose that to you in our Daily Stock Update or Hot Pick Alert.

It is the policy of ExchangeAlert not to use any type of blog forum on our website. Although these are really cool for enticing people to a particular website, we believe that they have no real usefulness for our specific goals of educating investors. We cannot police what is being said or the accuracy of any of the comments and we believe that sets up a potentially dangerous situation. What we want to convey to our subscribers is the most accurate information we can based on what we know and have researched to the best of our ability. The basic question we asked ourselves was “Why would we want to subject our subscribers to potentially inaccurate information to flat out lies about any of the stocks we follow---and do it on our website?” We don’t, so we aren’t. End of Story.

We encourage you to read our terms of use prior to signing up for any of our product offerings.
